The legend for the lost island of Atlantis is recognised by the whole world. In the traditions of different cultures, it is remembered as a large island with a developed civilization which sank into the ocean, or as a great country which was swallowed by the earth!...All who have referred to it have believed that they were descendants of its people.

Whoever worked with the legend of Atlantis began with the question: Was it a mythical or a genuine country? Even from times before written history it comprised of enigma and mystery.

More or less, many more ancient, mainly Greek writers and several Latins and Egyptians, have dealt with this issue. The first ancient philosopher who narrated the story of Atlantis (Atlantic Word) in the books of "Critias" and "Timaeus" was Plato, but there are many indirect references and scattered evidence of the races of Atlanteans-Titans, for the Atlantides-Pleiades, for the first astronomer of Atlas, on islands in the Atlantic Ocean, and so on. and in previous or younger than that ancient writers and historians.

But have researchers and scientists ever come up with specific and demonstrable (or verifiable) conclusions about its location, the beliefs of its inhabitants, their culture, their laws and their religion? Can we claim that it is slowly revealed? Today, it is undoubtedly a general assumption, it remains an enigma, despite the various theories that have been formulated and expressed continuously, in conferences, in archaeological excavations, etc., for its existence. Atlantis in our time travels from one side of our planet, the North America, the Central and Andean Mountains to the South, and reaching the other side of the earth in the Indian Ocean, passing through too many intermediate stations, Caribbean, Greenland, Iceland, the coasts of Spain, the North Sea, the middle Danube (Romania), Crete-Santorini, the Caspian Sea, etc. Altogether, more than 200 locations all over the world claim the honor to have hosted the mythical state in the past, as revealed in the three international conferences on the search for the lost country that have taken place in Greece in the last decade.

Today, each researcher, depending on his/her nationality or the specific interests of the same or of his/her own country, has a point of view or something to gain from it, often unsubstantiated or poorly grounded.

So, it is time to restore it to the "clean source"!!! Where the ancient philosophers, historians, scientists and poets defined it.

Our intention is to revitalize the country of Atlanteans, restore it to its source and marry it with Greek prehistoric culture and mythology. We  highlight the prehistoric age in the light of the modern discoveries of Archeology, Archaeoastronomy, Geology and Paleontology, and link it to mythology, clearing out first of all mythical and strange and looking for the real, historical event.

We also bring forward and uncover the ancient world. The main source of information is the Museum of Atlantis, which has treasured and constantly collects rich materials assisting the proof of Atlantis, from all around the world.
